How Quotas Work
The Multiplica Group has two share classes: Senior and Subordinate. Senior quotas differ from others by their amortization and redemption effect. If the FIDC is liquidated, the quota holders of this class have preference and will have the right to share the fund’s assets in accordance with the amounts provided for the amortization or redemption of the respective series.
In the Subordinated Quotas mode, the Mezzanine and Junior classes are present, which corresponds to at least 35% of our fund, providing the additional guarantee of receipt and profitability for the senior quota. This class acts as a kind of collateral provided by the assignor of credit rights, serving as a cushion to absorb any defaults.

The number of shares will be calculated according to its value at the close of the day of application.
